The Carbon Grill was established in 1999 at The Santa Monica Farmer's Market. We are family owned and operated focusing on farm fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Today we participate in five Farmer's Markets throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area and specialize in Full Onsite Catering for any Special Event.
